For non-personalized pieces, refunds are available within 90 days of
delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original

Personalization rules vary by product. Please see the details on this page for specific character limits, font options, and capitalization guidelines. Your item will be created exactly as you enter it in the personalization field, so please review it carefully before placing your order.
Previews & Changes
To keep your order moving quickly, we do not offer digital previews. Our artists carefully follow your photo and personalization details to create your piece. Once an order is in production, changes cannot be made.
While personalized items cannot be refunded, they are eligible for store credit or an exchange within 90 days. If something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re here to help.
90-Day Warranty
Your jewelry is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues like a faulty clasp, stone setting, or abnormal discoloration under normal use. This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear, or damage from improper storage or third-party alterations.
Lifetime Warranty Add-On
For complete peace of mind, you can add our lifetime warranty at checkout. This provides a one-time replacement for any verified manufacturing defect at any point. It is an extension of our 90-day warranty and carries the same exclusions.
