Shipping policy

Delivery Timeline

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before dispatch. After your order ships, typical transit times are 4–9 days within the US and 10–20 business days for international deliveries.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Tracking

When your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Holiday Shipping

During holidays and peak gifting periods, please allow extra time beyond standard production and shipping windows.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Email help@elyssienna.com as soon as possible. We can make changes only before production begins or before the order ships. Once a personalized item is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Address Accuracy & Rerouting

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. After shipment, we are unable to reroute packages. If an order is returned to sender, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
