For non-personalized pieces, refunds are available within 90 days of
delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original
packaging.
Because personalized pieces are made just for you, they cannot be refunded once production has begun. They may still be eligible for store credit or an exchange within 90 days—please reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to help.

Your jewelry is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues like a faulty clasp, stone setting, or abnormal discoloration under normal use. This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear, or damage from improper storage or third-party alterations.
Lifetime Warranty Add-On
For complete peace of mind, you can add our lifetime warranty at checkout. This provides a one-time replacement for any verified manufacturing defect at any point. It is an extension of our 90-day warranty and carries the same exclusions.
